Glitch Studios AS collects your full name, email address and preferred time slot solely to assess and manage your request to visit during IAAPA London on 28 September. We use this information because you have asked us to consider and respond to your booking request. Your details are shared only with the Glitch Studios team responsible for the event coordination and are not used for marketing.

We retain booking-request information for up to 1 month after the event, then delete it unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to our use of your information, or withdraw your agreement at any time.
